Chiropractic Adjustments

  • Adjustments are what separate them from most other doctors.  Instead of giving the patient medications or performing surgery on someone, chiropractors adjust.
  • Pain
  • Pain is a crucial warning sign that something is wrong.  Whether this be in the form of headaches, neck pain, sensations going down the arms, back pain, and sensations going down the legs.  It will be determined if your condition can be treated with chiropractic care.  If medical care is necessary, a medical referral will be made to the appropriate specialist.
  • It is your body's way of telling you something is wrong.
  • Most pain is caused by swelling or inflammation, which can be caused by subluxation.
  • The inflammation can be reduced with several things.
  • First, the pain can be reduced with medications.
  • Secondly, we can use therapies in the office to help decrease the pain.
  • These are all great, they may decrease the pain, however the pain usually comes back after the swelling increases.
